HUNTING TEAMS

The prize money we gave away last year was:

 

1st- $2200 2nd- $1400 3rd- $800 4th-  $400 5th- $200

 

2027 prize money will be similar but finalized once registration has closed and final count of teams has been done.

- Lunker side pot- biggest turkey wins the pot. Same format as above starting with beard length. 1st place is not eligible to win lunker pot. 

($20 per team OPTIONAL)

 

NON-HUNTER OPTION

- Non-hunter meal/shirt ticket- ($30 per non hunter) 

- Non-hunter door prize ticket- Includes meal/shirt/1 door prize ticket ($105 per non hunter)

 

RULES:

- Only the 2 hunters on the team may hunt. You cannot have more people in the woods with the hunters calling, hunting, or assisting in the hunt in anyway. 

- Turkeys must be harvested by team members only. Acquiring birds from other teams or other hunters is strictly prohibited. 

- The 2 hunters on a team can hunt separately, but must be solo. 

- Any allegations of cheating will be reviewed and handled appropriately. 

- If you are deemed to have cheated you will forfeit any prize money won, any door prizes won and will receive a lifetime ban from the Joe Miller Memorial Turkey Hunt. 

- Please do not be that person and cheat. Remember the reason for this hunt is TO HONOR JOE!
